Price
Prices are as per attached request for quotation.

Delivery
Delivery will be as per attached request for quotation and subject to prior sales and confirmation at placement of order.

Warranty
The units carry a warranty for twelve (12) months from date of delivery.  All ready supplied items (i.e. off the shelf items) carries a six (6) month warranty. Booyco Electroni’s warranty is against defective material and workmanship.  The direct cost of rectifying defective material or workmanship shall be borne by Booyco Electronics.  However the cost of transportation, accommodation and subsistence will need to be covered by the customer.  Work done on Booyco Electronics supplied systems by other than our official service agents or ourselves will negate the warranty.

Wear and tear and the carrying out of routine maintenance is the end user’s responsibility and is not part of the warranty.  Failure to carry out recommended routine maintenance will negate the warranty.

Consequential Loss
Booyco Electronics does not accept liability for any consequential losses arising from any cause whatsoever.

Terms of payment
Payment is strictly 30 days from statement date. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the prevailing prime interest rate plus 2%.

Validity
This tender is valid for 30 days from date of submission.
