Booyco Electronics Tackles the Complexities of Underground PDS Integration With AI and Smarter Data Solutions

Booyco Electronics says implementing Proximity Detection Systems (PDS) underground involves far more than installing sensors with challenges including mixed fleets, OEM integration, communication constraints and human behaviour all affecting system performance. The company is addressing these complexities through improved integration capabilities, data acquisition and AI-driven technologies, while encouraging earlier engagement with mines and OEMs to streamline PDS implementation.
